How To Get[]
Iron Ore is obtained from mining Iron Ore nodes in the wilderness.
Mining Iron Ore requires a Bronze Pickaxe or higher tier tool.
Tips[]
- You will start to encounter Iron Ore once you enter the Iron River zone when you are sent there after defeating the Treant boss in the Broken Delta.
- Although Iron Ore is not readily available at lower levels, The Digby Boy can produce Iron Ore when his Deviant Energy is high enough even in zones which do not have Iron Ore nodes, and at around (3420,-6010) you can cross over the barrier into Chalk Peak just long enough to mine a small stack of Iron Ore for crafting (but the game will black you out, and you risk dropping items from your inventory, unless you can run back before dying.)
