Gear[]
Gear is divided into 6 types: Head, Masks, Tops, Bottoms, Gloves, and Shoes. They can increase Metas' upper limit of HP, boost DMG Reduction, and offer other benefits. Gear can be crafted at the Gear Workbench. Gear Crafting requires Gear Blueprints, which can be obtained through exploring Strongholds, collecting Hoards, and using the Wish Machine which requires Starchrom to make random draws like a Gacha machine or lootbox, Starchrom is obtained by completing Journey objectives, opening certain chests, or purifying Cortexes.
Tier Level[]
Armor tier level determines what materials are used to craft them and their overall stats and level requirement, ranking from tier I - tier V (1-5). Each Tier unlocks at each tenth level, Tier II at lv.10, Tier III at lv.20, Tier IV at lv.30, and Tier V at lv.40
Calibration[]
Calibration can improve various aspects of armors performance. You can perform Gear Calibration at the Armor Workbench. Higher-tier Armor allow more Calibration chances.
Repairing Armor[]
The Durability of a armor will decrease as you take damage or Blackout(Death). Armor will become unusable when its Durability drops to 0. You can consume certain materials to repair Armor at the Armor Workbench to extend the Armor's lifespan.
Armor Set Perks[]
Wearing multiple pieces of armor from the same "armor set" will grant additional effects that differ between sets. Effects can include simple boosts to health or other stats, but can also be unique buffs, such as the Bastille set's buff that boosts damage while crouching and standing still (Pictured.)
